Kurus Untuk Sihat

I put on weight YES....... faktor usia...sistem metabolisme dah kurang......I need to do something....Diet? Errrmmmmmm maybe not....bukan tak pernah cuba tapi selalunya tak kekal..... huhuhu
So I need to take an initiative......exercise...tapi itu pun malas jugak.... I did went to gym before.....jogging atas treadmill tapi macam bored......jogging? I have no time as I only Offday on Sunday......banyak benda kena buat On every Sunday huhuhu....
But....
I like to dance.....Once time every Sunday I join the aerobic at Taman Tasik Permaisuri tiga empat tahun yang lepas..... So I search for Zumba classes near my area.......sebab senang because we need to do atleast once a week so better near from my house senangkan......
I join for this gym.....only for Zumba class...every Wednesday I attended my class...dapat geng all chinese....I tak malu bacause they also dance not as good...kira dapat ikut step pun dah syukur alhamdulillah.....but at this place yang join the class only 4 or 6 of us...so the place didn't want to take the risk so they closed for Zumba class. Lucky bila kita dah rapat dengan Zin a.k.a Zumba trainer, dia ada schedule mana dia ajar so for time being I follow my trainer's schedule......
It's fun because bila dah menari semua stress keluar sekali huhuhu......My azam nak kekal sihat..but kalau boleh loss weight is an advantage....Jom sihat.....
